    We stayed in a duplex unit (not cheap) - living room + kitchen downstairs, and bedroom upstairs. The downstairs was very smelly and we spotted small insects/coaches in the kitchen area. It is right next to a main road, and so it was quite noisy throughout the day and night, even with all windows shut.
